TEMPERATURE CONTROL PROCESS BLOCK


Temperature control block is the controller based upon the "Atmel" of AT-90 series, has a liquid crystal display, non-volatile memory. The controller controls the temperature-controlled environment in heating, cooling, maintain the temperature within the specified time, provides the alarm. In the heating and cooling is provided by a given rate of rise or decrease in temperature (gradient - deg / min). All parameters are set by the operator. Nonvolatile memory can store 10 programs in 6 steps each (one step - it's heating or cooling of the program and holding at a given temperature).
Programming is performed by six buttons on the front panel. Control of actuators by means of relays. The smooth adjustment of the coolant supply and coolant controller generates two analog signals.

Programming parameters:

 given temperature, ° C (discrete - 1 ° C) .............................................. 2...200;
 gradient, deg / min (discreteness 0,2) ................................................ 0,2...9,8;
 exposure time, min (increments of 1 min) .............................................. 0...99;

These parameters can be changed on request. The controller is in a metal casing with dimensions 180x100x90 mm. with sealed front panel.
