AUTOMATIC REGULATION SYSTEM COOLANT TEMPERATURE (SART)
DIESEL LOCOMOTIVE TEP 150


For the first time in Ukraine was designed, manufactured and currently being tested on high-speed locomotives TIC 150 cruise control engine coolant temperature (SART) with adjustable output motor-fan cooling chamber, which allowed to maintain coolant temperature in the steady operation of diesel engine with an accuracy of ± 1 ° C relative to the specified value. The structure of SART includes a control unit ECU SART 150 and the static converter PJSC “SPC” Transmash.”


MAIN SPECIFICATION:

SART provides a refrigeration coolants regulation based following parameters:


Rated temperature of the hot coolant circuit (water) at the output of diesel, °С plus 80.
Allowable deviation of the temperature of hot coolant circuit (water) at the inlet of the diesel, °С from plus 75 to plus 90
Nominal temperature coolant loop cold (oil) output of diesel, °С plus 75.
The allowable tolerance of cold temperature of the coolant circuit (oil) at the output of diesel, °С from plus 68 to plus 80
Cold water temperature contour at the entrance of diesel, °С plus 63
Allowable deviation of the temperature of cold water circuit at the input of diesel, °С from plus 45 to plus 65
The accuracy of maintaining the coolant temperature at the outlet of the heated diesel (water, oil) in the charter mode, °С ±1.
